OneLife Treatment was created by an addict turned Licensed Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health Counselor to appropriately deal with the areas of life impacted by addiction. As many know, substance abuse has become an issue that impacts millions of people. It is likely that you or someone you know suffers from addiction. For those seeking treatment, they are often left more confused and frustrated due to a lack of credible and appropriate information. Likewise, the families are left feeling helpless and scared. The current treatment industry has options, but also has substantial gaps that leave many untreated. We at OneLife Treatment know that addiction can be confusing. The solution doesn’t have to be. Everyone should have the opportunity to find recovery. This is why OneLife Treatment was created. Addiction creates a lack of engagement which is one reason so many people find themselves unable to break the cycle of addiction. Addicts and alcoholics often become disconnected from many areas of life as their condition worsens. At OneLife we believe recovery is possible when people are reconnected with the world around them. Through the OneLife program, clients are encouraged to re-engage with specific areas of life. Some of these areas of life include social/family, spiritual, physical, financial, and emotional/mental, and purpose/service. After completing the program, our clients are more apt to successfully transition back to a healthy and productive life. After all, recovery involves more than just abstaining from substances. Recovery is about living. The OneLife system consists of three aspects: First, weekly individual counseling. This is where the program is most tailored to the client. Second, is education and processing. This will be done in a group setting in which discussion and Q&A are encouraged. There is a group for clients and a group for family members. Third, is engagement outside of the treatment setting via the OneLife mobile app.
